Subscription and Fees
Subscription Plans: Gather offers both free and paid subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described at the time of subscription. All fees are inclusive of GST where applicable.
Payment Terms: Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your chosen plan. You authorise us to charge your nominated payment method for these fees.
Cancellation and Refunds: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. If you cancel your subscription, you will not be entitled to a refund for any unused portion of the subscription period. In the case of downgrading to a free plan, the new terms will apply from the start of the next billing cycle.
Changes to Fees: We reserve the right to modify the subscription fees at any time. Any changes will take effect at the end of your current subscription period.
