No matter which one you choose, the same privacy rules apply.
Our agreements mean intelligence providers process your requests only in memory. They do not retain them or use them for model training.
This is known as zero data retention.
It's the default for every model request in Gather.
For reference, ChatGPT and Claude do not offer zero data retention, even on their most expensive paid consumer plans.
